Hi, I am Ye Mann which aligns with my experience and skills in civil engineering, project management, and design. With 6 years of experience in the construction industry and 5 years of a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Technology in Kyaukse City, Myanmar, I am confident in my ability to contribute to success.

              Throughout my career at KHM Construction Co., Ltd and PTTK Construction Co., Ltd, I have honed my analytical and quantitative skills, specializing in cost estimation, material takeoffs, and budget analysis. My hands-on experience with estimating software and blueprint interpretation has enabled me to assist senior estimators in preparing accurate bids for commercial and residential projects. I understand the critical importance of precise estimates for project success and pay meticulous attention to project specifications, ensuring comprehensive and accurate calculations. In addition to my technical skills, I thrive in collaborative environments. I have worked closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to refine estimates and address discrepancies. My background includes a strong foundation in quality management systems, inspection procedures, and compliance with industry standards. I am proficient in tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and V-Ray, which allow me to create detailed architectural drawings, 3D models, and realistic renderings. My experience also extends to construction supervision, where I have successfully managed architectural projects from concept to completion. I have coordinated with contractors, reviewed construction documents, and ensured adherence to timelines and budgets. My approach ensures accuracy in design documentation and compliance with building codes while integrating sustainable practices into architectural solutions.
