As a Network Services Operations Engineer at Orange Egypt, I provide premium support for customer's triple play services complaints (Internet, IPTV, and Voice) implemented over different media (GPON and P2P). I have over 4.5 years of experience in this role, where I solve customer complaints remotely or allocate field resources if needed in a timely and effective manner to achieve organizational target MTTR.
I also establish the network environment by designing system configuration, directing system installation, and defining, documenting, and enforcing system standards. I make periodic labs for testing new solutions and devices from multi-vendors such as Z-hone, Cisco, Juniper, and TP-link. Additionally, I lead back office operations for triple play services, acting as a head for field engineers at the compounds for any difficult case. I am proficient in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco & Juniper switches, monitoring their performance, providing remote support to on-site engineers and end users/customers, and providing technical training to new staff. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Menoufia University.
