Orders (ROs) till after execution queries.
Making ROs (Release Orders) to all described TV channels as per Plan.
Checking the Plan properly (Cost, Rates, Spots, Formulas) before making ROs.
Coordinating with Channels about RO and Commercials.

In case of any Sponsorships or brandings, to coordinate via email or telephone with creative Dept. to arrange all
Sponsorship elements also coordinate with CTS, Marketing, and Transmission Dept on this regard.
Also responsible for Tracking and Monitoring.
After checking Release Orders with Media Bank reports, Making Tracking Reports for each Release Order. Attach
them and send them to billing Dept.
