I worked as a customer service representative handling international accounts for 3 years from 2017 to 2020. I handled non-voice account for 2 years for a travel reservations account, answering customer queries through email. I also processed refund and contact partner vendors for customer’s request. I was also a mentor for trainees for few months. I also handled a voice account for a Singaporean hotel for 1 year, aside from taking restaurant reservations via call, we also answer inquiries and requests through email. I am also helping the account in doing admin tasks.. I am trained to properly assist customers through email. I have undergone grammar and business email training which I am confident I can use in whatever task will be given to me.
I have worked at another BPO for five months as Technical Support Advisor for a hardware and software company, taking calls to answer queries and troubleshoot issues to resolve concern over the phone. I catered customers within the Asia Pacific.
I am always up for challenge and everyday is a learning experience.
