Work Experience 09/2018 to 11/2018 Igniter Space Well to start off, Igniter Space was a tutoring service that helped children to get a gist of engineering and technology while helping them to create items/programs on their own. My job included the following tasks to be carried out, • Worked with students in classrooms, small study areas or home environments to provide educational support. • Crafted effective learning plans to address students' writing weaknesses and strengths. • Spearheaded group tutoring sessions to help students struggling in similar areas. • Prepared lesson plans to meet goals identified in students' individualized study plans. • Applied effective learning strategies to improve students' study skills and retention.
