National Academy of Inventors® in support of membership which is comprised of 250+ affiliated member
organizations and 1600+ nationally recognized individual inventor members. By creating and executing a
member-centric, organizationally cohesive engagement strategy, I successfully achieved 87% active membership
YOY and create the highest level of engagement in the organization. This was done by establishing relationships
with our member representatives, conducting data analysis, researching and cultivating new members, and
