Currently i am a Senior Manager - Collection Analytics at Kotak Mahindra Bank based out of Pune, I have developed and deployed predictive collection models using XGBoost, achieving a Gini uplift of 45 and 17 points for pre- and post-due customers respectively. I also spearheaded the automation of KPI and model monitoring reports using Python and SQL, reducing processing time by 80%. My work led to a 60% adoption of the “Self Cure” segment and significantly improved digital allocation in collections.

My technical proficiency includes Python, Power BI, SQL, and Excel (with advanced Macros), and I have a consistent track record of delivering insights through high-impact dashboards and data models.
