Yanice Coleen Diaz

Hi, my name is Yanice Coleen B. Diaz but you can also call me "Yanz". I am 24 years old and a graduate of Bachelor in Secondary Education Major in English at PUP Manila. I was a consistent Dean's lister when I was in college, and my research about localization of English language for Dumagat tribe was chosen by Cambodian TESOL to be presented there. I attended the CamTESOL in 2019, and met many language experts across Asia, and even Europe. Also, I used to do  paperwork for High School, College, or Graduate studies students like research papers, term papers, essays, and thesis. I am also a Customer Service Representative for almost 4 years now. I have already handled reservations, fitness, telecommunications, and accommodation accounts. I was also awarded several times in my previous work for being the Top agent for the week or the month.
