I have a lot of programming experience, including using java, javascript, c# to make mobile applications and websites. I once had two short-term customer-related work experience, one of which was to do technical support in oracle company, collect feedback through communication with customers and report to professional colleagues. The other is to provide customer service at McDonald ’s, take orders and ensuring prompt and accurate delivery.

What I expect from this job is more experience in both IT and bussiness area, I love talking with customers, helping them fix problems make me feel satisfied. Except programming ability, I also have other basic computer skills like excel, powerpoint, google drive .etc. it's not the problem for me to adapt the job in short time since I am confident in my ability and I am also a quick learner.
