I worked with the BPO industry for already a year and both of the companies I've been with are voice accounts. Both of them as well are based in the US, both are Telco accounts, first one is with T-Mobile I started as a Customer Service Representative, answering general inquiries and also some troubleshooting and sales and the recent one is with Bell Canada started as a Customer Specialist, met or exceeded call volume, customer resolution and customer satisfaction goals during tenure, regarding me as one of the top agents of the team. After my 9th month I was promoted as a Retention Specialist, offers customer service experience and generates revenue for the company. I also worked in a Real Estate agency as their Project coordinator and I am looking for jobs as a Virtual Assistant.
