Xoli Anastasia Richardson

While my academic background is in biology, I have gained strong experience in assisting others and solving problems. From the age of 15, I volunteered regularly, helping teachers and assembling kits. I am naturally empathetic and constantly seek tasks to complete my day. Attending an international school has exposed me to diverse cultures, which further improved my social skills. Helping others, whether through answering inquiries, identifying problems, or solving issues, has always been a main part of who I am. Assisting others is what I do best, and I live to please.

My exposure to computer-related subjects in high school, particularly software and tools like various Microsoft software has given me various skills such as problem-solving skills and computer-literacy skills. As a biology student, I am regularly tasked with organizing information, finding and solving problems, analyzing results, and delivering accurate and precise answers—skills that align with the responsibilities of this position. Growing these skills has been ongoing since my teenage years. Attending schools and universities with strict, high-achieving environments has made me into a student who reaches for perfection in every task. I take pride in my ability to produce quality work while affixing to instructions and guaranteeing timeliness. As a Dean's List student, I am consistently expected to submit my tasks, projects, and assignments on time while maintaining a high standard of excellence.

I am punctual, have the ability to follow instructions clearly, have adaptability skills, reliable, and committed to excellence. My experience working in laboratories and my familiarity with computers make me tech-savvy and quick to learn new skills. Assisting my mother with her business from a young age, along with occasional volunteering, has made me accustomed to helping superiors and helping customers. Following and responding to instructions come naturally to me, and I excel at it.
