I have a bachelor's degree in business management from Osaka University in Japan. I have lived in Japan for six years, I worked as a Japanese customer support services in Japan supporting several different industries. These included the service industry and education industry.
I have strong communication skills, which are essential in listening to customers' problems. For the past few years, I have continued to use Japanese and English in my work. I think being able to help others with their problems in a language I know also gives me great motivation.
