A bit about myself, I had been working in e-commerce, retail and customer service or the last 5 years. I have enjoyed my time working in the fun environment of Electolux working as a Customer and Consumer Representative and I am looking for new challenges. I believe this is the perfect opportunity to use my knowledge and experience.

I worked in the customer service field for two years at DHL covering business all over the UK. While working at the company, I was first employed as a call center operator where I was contacted on the phone by engineers. I was able to gain experience in the process of customer service by professionally answering customer calls, dealing with queries and creating purchase orders for replacement units. My responsibilities also included monitoring shipments to customers and communicating issues in order that all procedures are obeyed in the customer process.

I had previously worked in different areas such as animation and film production and my contribution to achieving the goals in these diverse groups demonstrates my passion for working with and learning from people. I thrive on working in a team as interacting with people and achieving common objectives gives me a special sense of success.

Excellent communication skills have been very important all throughout my work with all the companies I worked for. At ExxonMobil, I regularly dealt with customers as well as communicated with colleagues in person, on telephone and through e-mails both in Norway and the UK on a daily basis. One of my duties was to issue gas purchase and sales invoices to third parties and inter-company. During this task I received data and compiled the invoicing spreadsheets and I was in continuous contact through the business line with my associates. Using clear communication both orally and on written forms I ensured good relationship with the partners.

Throughout all my assignments I gained proficiency in data administration functions which included filing, archiving, document presentation and reports. During my previous and current jobs I continuously used data monitoring systems including Word, Excel, Access and SAP and other specific programs such as Starvol, Elog, Photoshop, Magento and IBM Management Centre. I dealt with a large number of data frequently which required high level of concentration. I feel that I have some great qualities and experience to bring to the role.
