I am a motivated Business Development and Operations professional with hands-on experience across fintech, e-commerce, and digital commerce platforms. Currently, I work as a Business Development Executive at Atome Thailand, where I manage end-to-end merchant acquisition and onboarding processes across both online and offline channels. My role requires close coordination with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Risk, Operations, and Tech to ensure smooth go-live execution and ongoing merchant performance. Through this experience, I have developed a strong understanding of customer journeys, service quality standards, and issue resolution across multiple touchpoints.

Previously, I served as an Operations Manager at Advance Intelligence (Thailand), where I focused on improving operational workflows, service quality, and internal coordination. I was involved in designing presale and aftersales processes, supporting customer service teams, and optimizing internal systems to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction. This role strengthened my attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and ability to manage high-volume operational tasks with accuracy.

In addition, my experience as a Business Development Executive in the e-commerce ecosystem allowed me to work closely with merchants using ERP and WMS systems, coordinate order-related issues, and support platform integrations such as TikTok Shop and LINE Shopping. I regularly collaborated with customer service teams to resolve merchant and customer concerns, ensuring timely responses and smooth operational flows.

Academically, I hold a Master’s degree in Tourism, Hotel, and Event Management and a Bachelor’s degree in International Business Administration. This background has enhanced my communication skills, service-oriented mindset, and understanding of customer expectations across service industries.
