Wisdom Hillary Nnorom

I am a passionate and adaptable professional with a diverse skill set, drawing from my experiences in education, business, customer service, and sustainability initiatives. With over one year of teaching experience, I have taught a range of subjects, including Broadcasting, Biology, English, and Basic Economics to both local and international students. My teaching journey has been enriched by my role as an online tutor, where I’ve helped students from different parts of the world grasp complex topics in an engaging and understandable manner. I have also organized private tutoring sessions during my university days, which allowed me to further refine my communication and teaching techniques.

In addition to my teaching experience, I have over three years of experience in running a food business, where I took charge of day-to-day operations, customer service, and sales strategies. This role honed my leadership and entrepreneurial skills, particularly in creating a customer-centric environment. The experience of building a brand from scratch has given me valuable insights into the business world, helping me to understand market dynamics, consumer behavior, and the importance of brand positioning.

Furthermore, I have accumulated three years of customer service and sales experience, where I developed a strong aptitude for resolving customer inquiries, handling complaints, and building lasting customer relationships. These experiences have reinforced my ability to work effectively in dynamic environments and provide exceptional service to diverse customer bases.

A core aspect of my professional life has been my role as a UPG Champion for global sustainability and climate change awareness. I’ve been involved in various initiatives aimed at raising awareness about sustainability issues, such as driver education for road safety and advocating for sustainable business practices. These roles have further fueled my passion for environmental and social responsibility, and I am deeply committed to continuing my efforts in promoting sustainability.
