Through my training and project experience, I support teams by managing support requests, troubleshooting technical issues, organizing tasks, and improving workflows so work moves clearly and efficiently.

I work with tools like Jira, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Trello, ClickUp, HubSpot, and Zapier to manage ticketing systems, coordinate project work, and maintain organized task flows.

Beyond the tools, my focus is always the same: clarity, communication, and accountability. I believe teams perform better when work is visible, responsibilities are clear, and systems are simple to manage.
