I am an accounting and customer service professional with over five years of hands-on experience in financial management, reporting, and client relations. I currently work with Novel Manufacturing, a paint production and distribution company, where I manage end-to-end accounting processes and help ensure that our financial systems align with daily operations on the ground.

In my role at Novel Manufacturing, I handle key responsibilities such as accounts payable and receivable, bank reconciliations, supplier payments, VAT filing, payroll support, and expense tracking. I also work closely with the operations and sales teams to maintain accurate stock and cost accounting — ensuring every batch, invoice, and adjustment is properly reflected in our system. This involves not only technical accounting work but also strong communication with team members, suppliers, and clients to resolve discrepancies quickly and fairly.

Alongside accounting, I have a solid background in customer service and administrative support. I’ve interacted directly with clients, hardware stores, and contractors to ensure smooth transactions, timely delivery of goods, and transparent billing.
