I am Maria Cristina Maniquiz, a hospitality and business professional with experience in education, customer service, and management. I hold a Master’s in Business Administration (2013) from the University of Nueva Caceres and a Bachelor of Science in Hotel and Restaurant Management (2007) from Mariners Polytechnic Colleges.
My career started in the hospitality industry as a Management Trainee at Delifrance in Sentosa, Singapore, where I learned food service operations and team management. Later, I worked as a Customer Service Representative at SunCellular in Manila, improving my communication and problem-solving skills. In 2019, I joined the Teachers Immersion Program, which strengthened my passion for education and training.
I believe in continuous learning and have attended various seminars and training programs to enhance my knowledge. I have completed Trainers Methodology (FBS NCII) and participated in professional development programs such as Fast Tracking the Retooling of HEIs on Flexible Learning, Navigating Shift Paradigm: Technology-Enabled Learning, and Constructive Alignment in Curriculum and Syllabus Design. These experiences have helped me stay updated with modern teaching and business strategies.
With a strong foundation in hospitality, business, and education, I am passionate about sharing my knowledge and skills. My goal is to help future professionals develop the expertise needed to succeed in the industry. I value adaptability, teamwork, and lifelong learning, which I apply in both my professional and personal life.
I look forward to new opportunities to grow and contribute to your business!
