I serve as a Team Leader for a financial account while simultaneously taking on the responsibilities of an Operations Manager apprentice. In this dual role, I lead and develop a team in a high-pressure environment, ensuring performance targets, quality standards, and customer satisfaction are consistently met. At the same time, I gain hands-on experience in operational management by supporting process improvements, workflow efficiency, and overall business performance.
In addition, I managed an appliance repair account where I oversee end-to-end operations, including payment processing, handling escalations, tracking parts availability, delivering customer service, and coordinating the dispatch of technicians. This role has strengthened my ability to multitask, make data-driven decisions, and ensure seamless service delivery across multiple functions.
