Essential Duties and Responsibilities Include:
-Contact: Mining new contacts, verifying, adding them on the ACM, deleting invalid
contacts from the system and doing replacement for the failed contacts.
-Files: We have three main regulations. These files include REACh, RoHS and Conflict
Mineral Reporting Template (CMRT). Among the duties to work on the files is to scrub/mine
for them, verify and upload them in the system (ACM).
-Emails: To reach out to suppliers either by mail merge or direct emailing requesting for
compliance data, verifying contact, making a follow up, seeking clarification on supplied
information.
-Action log on ACM: Assent compliance uses ACM as a platform to share information and
trace communication that has been there with the supplier. So as a compliance coordinator I
was registering every communication in relation to that specific supplier.
