As a Tenant Liaison/Letting Agent in the US and the UK for 5 years, I am a strong candidate for this opening. I do referencing, move-in/move-out reports, creating AST/Leases and renewals, communicating with tenants, owners & vendors, assisting in maintenance, calling or emailing the provider about the new tenancy, picking up issues from the system, and acknowledging the report. Then I assign a vendor/contractor and inform the owner/landlord of the issue. If an issue is quite big, I request a quote first then coordinate with the owner/landlord. I coordinate with the vendor/contractor as well as the reporting tenant. Once the job is done, I receive invoices and save them in the system so it will get paid and close the issue. I also assisted in planned maintenance issues such as gas, water, electrical, and portable appliance tests.
