I’m a seasoned Travel Consultant currently shifting into remote Virtual Assistant work, bringing with me years of experience in luxury client service, itinerary planning, and grace under pressure. I’ve worked with high-end travelers and complex booking systems like Sabre, and I know how to navigate logistics while keeping things personal and professional.

Even though I haven’t worked with an official VA client yet, I’ve been building the foundation daily. I’ve practiced using various CRM tools beyond Opus, created mock projects to simulate client scenarios, and designed systems and workflows to apply what I’ve learned. I’ve also taken courses on LinkedIn to strengthen my understanding of remote business support. These efforts help me stay sharp, intentional, and ready to serve when the right opportunity comes.

Organization and communication have always been strengths—I thrive in high-pressure environments where multitasking and attention to detail matter most. Whether it’s resolving last-minute issues or simply being a calm, reliable support system, I aim to bring excellence and kindness into everything I do.

But this journey is more than professional—it’s deeply personal. As a single mother and devoted grandmother, my family motivates every decision I make. I want my work to reflect not only what I know, but what I value: service, integrity, and generational impact. Remote work allows me to be present in their lives while pursuing growth that aligns with my heart.

My faith is at the center of it all. It gives me direction, fuels my resilience, and reminds me that every role is an opportunity to serve. I believe in listening well, doing things with intention, and creating calm in busy places. That’s the kind of energy I bring to any team or client I support.

Right now, I’m seeking remote VA roles where I can combine my hospitality background, customer service mindset, and newly sharpened systems knowledge to help others thrive. I may be new to the virtual space, but I’m coming in with commitment, clarity, and character.
