My name is Wilma Adilan. I'm a High Graduate from Kaunlaran High School. I've been working as an Operation Supervisor for almost 7 years. This year made me realize my career growth and I wanted to work from home. One of my friends told me about Virtual Assistant, which is a work-from-home setup.

As an Operation Supervisor, I have developed and honed several key skills that are directly transferable to the role of Virtual Assistant. Firstly, my experience in Customer Service has allowed me to understand the importance of providing exceptional support to clients and customers. I have effectively handled inquiries and resolved issues.

Supervising a team of staff members in my previous role has allowed me to further enhance my ability to coordinate and manage tasks effectively. I have successfully delegated responsibilities, provided guidance and training, and ensured smooth operations within a fast-paced environment. Another valuable skill that I have acquired through my experience as an Operation Supervisor is Database Management. I have been responsible for organizing and maintaining extensive databases, ensuring accurate data entry, and generating reports for analysis. In addition to my skills, I possess several strengths that will be advantageous in the role of a Virtual Assistant. Communication is a key strength of mine. My strong organizational skills allow me to manage tasks, prioritize deadlines, and maintain a well-structured approach.
