This invisible language, the language between the lines, is the passion, the drama, the pure theater of a piece of content that can only be identified, honed, and presented by the best writers.

From the time I was 4 years old, I was in front of crowds—honing my skills of failure, of nuance, and of identifying the audience and anticipating how they would respond to a phrase, facial expression, or punchline. In high school and college, I learned rhetoric and language foundations. With my degree in English Education, my internship with the local NPR affiliate, and my side copywriting and editing, I was able to learn both the written power of language and the subconscious motivations that drive people to buy, act, and connect with a brand.

As I have moved into my professional career as a Lead Copywriting and Marketing Director for companies like Calico Spanish, Chess Media Group, and Preferati Web Development and Digital Marketing, I have leveraged my media sales background and writing skills to develop compelling campaigns that tell stories, teach skills, and infotain my audiences both big and small.
