compiles reports for the organization, donors and external agencies.
Plans and conducts needs assessment for all registered beneficiaries to ensure each receives appropriate services.
Conducts stakeholders meetings to build strong relationships with collaborators, private sectors, county
government departments, community structures and beneficiaries for them to own and play their roles in serving
the needy child.

Collaborated with community based workforces to deliver health and nutrition, education, vocational training,
psychosocial care and support, protection, household economic strengthening and provision of care and shelter
services to 10,000+ OVC and 3,000+ caregivers.
Designed, initiated, and implemented sustainability actions for caregivers and CHVs for long term support to
OVC.
Worked with organization decision makers in addressing capacity gaps as identified through the SRFMA and
HOCAI ensuring that capacity strengthening actions responds to the gaps and that desired results are being
