I am a Customer Service and Technical Support representative with 10 years of experience. I have been with 4 different companies with both Tech support and Customer Service experience for the past 10 years, but I am mostly experienced in the IT solutions industry wherein we provide service for Domains, Email, and Web hosting. Most of my projects are offline/back-office, emails, and chat support.
