Thanks for checking out my page. I would like to introduce myself as an environmentally minded ultra-passionate health and fitness enthusiast who loves music and develops websites. As someone who comes from a background brimming with science, I love bridging the gap between what we learn from all of the health and wellness research by effectively relaying practical advice. Sometimes it's difficult to tell the difference between efficacious advice or overhyped information. Furthermore, I hold an environmental management degree from Columbia University.

I've written about nutrition and fitness advice for several different blogs as well as personal blogs. However, I believe it's incredibly important to practice what you preach. Therefore, I have in a manner dedicated much of my life to exploring what makes me happy and feel good. Mentally, physically and spiritually. Not surprisingly, nutrition and physical fitness play a huge role in my daily routines. I've always been fascinated by what motivates us personally, however, I'm even more fascinated by our environmental motivations as a species.

I am fully capable of doing environmental research and writing as needed. I have familiarity with air, water, and waste management practices. I am also knowledgeable in state, RCRA, OSHA regulations and capable of developing environmental strategies to ensure sustainable development. I can help carry out impact assessments to identify, assess and reduce an organization's environmental risks and financial costs. I'd be willing to partner with anyone or organization that promotes and spreads environmental awareness.

I've been making/mixing music since the age of 16. I use professional analog equipment to blend together smooth mixes all within Logic Pro X. Whether you're looking for some simple audio editing or mixing your vocals in a song, I'd love to help out. You can sample my work below. I can also help edit videos and have a good knowledge of Final Cut Pro X.
