Wilk Massinga

My name is Wilk, I am currently doing my masters degree in Paris, France. I have experience in being an assistant for a director in a logistics company, also experience for working as an intern at UNESCO and also have a year of customer service experience. Even though I am a beginner at customer service I am determined and motivated to do my best to provide the best services to clients.

Additionally, my role as an assistant demanded meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently. These qualities directly translate into my customer service capabilities, enabling me to manage inquiries promptly, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain a high level of professionalism at all times.
