1) Job Requisition

2) Paper Screening
Candidates should fill out the Applicant Form

3) HR Interview (First Level)
Legibly note comments in the interviewer notes and timely encoding it in Recruitment Handoff
Should provide positive and timely feedback whether the candidate pass or fail
4) Grammar & Comprehension Exam/Recording Simulation
To be facilitated by Recruitment
Results of the exam and communication rating should be written on the form and recorded immediately to the applicant tracker
All recordings should be evaluated by the 2nd Level interviewer (this is to check whether we are calibrated in rating the applicant). Note: Recording should now have Impromptu and Sales Role Play
5) Account Interview/Ops Validation (2nd Level)
Placed on notes on the interview form and should be encoded in the Account Interview Hand Off Tracker
All documents should be forwarded back to HR. Only scanned copies will be given to Managers/CEO.
6) Additional Assessment if applicable
7) Final Interview – with SOM, Account Manager or CEO
8) HR Orientation
9) On boarding
