I am an administrative virtual assistant with a year's worth of experience in tackling administrative tasks. During this time, I've managed to work with various clients ranging from business consultants to entrepreneurs and offer my services to their growing businesses. In my line of duty, I have been tasked with different tasks such as managing emails, which I decluttered successfully, and managed to help my clients stay informed on any new information or client concerns passed to them that would have otherwise been lost in the cluttered inbox. This led to an increase in my client's conversion rate. I have had the opportunity to manage calendars and set appointments for my clients. Using tools such as Calendly, clients were able to stay ahead of their schedule since they had their schedule in advance, enabling them to gain control of their time. This led to increased workflow and productivity as there were few to no inconveniences caused due to errors such as overlapping events or double bookings. I've also been tasked with carrying out research activities for my clients, whereby I provided quality and accurate information for their presentations and decision-making activities. This saved my clients several hours of research, which they could now use to make an impact on the growth of their business. All this led to the attainment of my goal: to handle the administrative tasks so that my clients have more time to focus on what truly matters to them, as I handle the rest.
