I'm Wenmil Kate R. Lim, and my professional journey has been diverse. Initially, I spent two solid years at Alliance Mansol's Inc. as an HR Coordinator/Timekeeper, handling various HR tasks. From internal inquiries to coordinating employee activities, I ensured smooth HR operations and closely monitored attendance. Additionally, I took charge of generating and transmitting databases to the main office.

Later, as an HR Generalist at Purchaser's and July Pharmacy from 2020 to 2023, I stepped up to manage compensation, benefits, recruitment, onboarding, and training. Ensuring compliance with labor laws, conducting performance management, and handling exit interviews were integral parts of my role. Coordinating with customer headcount requirements and preparing detailed annual reports added strategic dimensions to my HR responsibilities.

I earned my Bachelor of Science in Entrepreneurship in 2016 from the University of San Jose-Recoletos, setting the educational foundation for my journey.

But my story doesn't stop there. In March 2023, I took a turn into the world of e-commerce and virtual assistance. Undergoing Virtual Assistant and Social Media Marketing training, I honed skills in Facebook Ads, Content Creation, Wordpress, Lead Generation, and SEO.

From March to October 2023, I immersed myself in the world of Amazon as a trained Amazon Virtual Assistant with VAA Philippines. Becoming an expert in product management, I handled everything from listing and research to inventory management. I became the go-to person for creating Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), monitoring alerts, and even data scraping using Data Miner.

This journey has been a harmonious blend of my HR background, organizational skills, and newfound passion for the intricacies of e-commerce. Adaptability and attention to detail are at the core of my professional ethos.
