I have worked as general VA for few e-commerce companies mainly focused on supply chain and logistics, inventory management, operations management. Generally, I oversee the entire operation which includes occasional handling on customer service side in terms of returns/replacement, engagement.

Apart from operational duties, I also handle general admin tasks such as file management, email communications, scheduling and planning, etc. 

Prior to working remotely, I was working for 6+ years for reputable Food Manufacturing Industries handling inbound and outbound logistics, warehouse management and inventory planning.
