I was also a Remote client care manager(Part time) assistance at MANGROVIAN TRAVEL & HEALTH INSURANCE which my duties required me to do the following below.
• Recruit and provide educational training to agents about the Mangrovian travel and health insurance.
• Create and manage teams based on scheduling systems and call volume.
• Provide constant assistance to new hires and help to manage all team meetings.
