Been a technical support and customer service representative for almost 5 years. During those years, I've learned to perform multitasking, to be flexible with changing schedules provided to me, gained knowledge on how to converse with customers and to adapt to my working environment. I've provided support to customer through voice, chat and email.

I also had an experience working as a virtual assistant, an eBay lister and a transcriptionist.

I am a fast learner and I'm always hungry for more knowledge. I'm patient, dedicated and loyal, and I'm always open for suggestions on how to improve my skills.
