I am a highly motivated professional with nearly five years of experience as a Call Center Agent, providing technical support and customer service through phone, chat, and email. In addition, I have gained diverse experience as an Online English Tutor, Virtual Assistant, eBay Lister, Instagram Manager, Travel Planner, and Sales and Marketing Specialist.

I am proficient in MS Office applications, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Drive, and Canva, which I use for creating social media content and managing administrative tasks. I excel at multitasking, adapt quickly to new challenges, and am eager to learn and develop new skills.
