I am a continuous learner; As a matter of fact. I just graduated from eight-week of Intensive training provided by the Department of Information and Communications Technology. I attended the advanced General Virtual Assistant Course. During the training, I learned the Basics of Canva, creating content, logo designing,  managing social media accounts, Facebook advertising, and how to set up a conversational Messenger bot. I learned how to automate customer support, plan and create a process flow, improve customer experience and increase sales.
