With a solid foundation in customer service, technical support, and creative media, I bring a diverse and hands-on background shaped by real-world roles in sales, IT, design, and hospitality. My experience spans industries including retail, government IT support, eco-tourism, and education, demonstrating my adaptability, initiative, and commitment to quality work in any environment.

Most recently, I served as a Sales Associate at SpeedwayMC in Tagbilaran City from September 2022 to May 2024. In this role, I assisted customers in selecting the right motorcycle gear and helmets, handled daily sales transactions, monitored inventory, and provided a high level of customer service. I developed strong interpersonal and communication skills while supporting the store’s sales goals and maintaining customer satisfaction.

During my academic years, I held an IT Technical Support role at Bohol Island State University – Bilar Campus from February 2024 to June 2025 as a member of the Networking Geeks Organization. I was responsible for resolving technical issues involving computers, networks, and printers, as well as assisting in the setup of LAN infrastructure. I played an active role in the successful implementation of the E-Voting System for student elections, showcasing my technical ability and teamwork under pressure.

I also completed an ICT Repair & Maintenance Internship at the Bohol ICT Office, New Capitol, where I helped maintain and troubleshoot equipment across various government departments. This internship deepened my knowledge in IT operations and public sector tech support.

As a Photographer at the Tarsier Conservation Area, I supported eco-tourism efforts by capturing and editing images of wildlife and the environment for educational and promotional use. Earlier, I gained customer service experience as a Waiter at Mayang Maye Restaurant in 2018.

In parallel, I’ve continuously grown my skills in Canva design, graphic editing, and digital media, having participated in workshops such as the “Advanced Concepts of Graphic Design & Canva” seminar.

Throughout these roles, I’ve been recognized for my leadership, civic engagement, and technical skills through various service awards.
