Roles and Responsibilities:
Program Phone and Online surveys about product and services from big international clients. We mainly have platform (W.I.R.E) to use in programming. This platform is connected to PHP, MySQL, CSS, JQuery and JavaScript. We can also use any programming language as long as needed. There are two kinds of surveys that we do: One is a Phone survey which is use and done through calls by Market Research Agents, and the other one is Web Online survey which is mainly the respondent answers the survey through internet.
Analyzing survey logics based from the questionnaires provided by the clients.
Program survey from scratch or from previous projects using our W.I.R.E. (Web Integrated Research Engine) proprietary software integrated with PHP, MySQL, CSS, JQuery and JavaScript programming languages.

Communicate to the Project Managers. Project Managers are the one who manage the survey from scratch until finished. We mainly asked them the set-up of the survey and how will it run.
Communicate to the Client Delivery Consultant from United States. They are the one who communicate directly to the client. We called them or they called us once there are concerns of the survey.
Communicate to the Quality Assurance Testers. Before we launched the survey or project, we will send the project/survey to them and have it tested until they approved it. Once approved, then we will have to send it to Data Processors for dummy data checking.
Communicate to the Data Processors. They are the one who process the data produced in a survey. We reached out to them or they called us if there are data issues and concerns.
