 I am hardworking person and A hard-working employee can come in all shapes and sizes. Sometimes it’s more about the effort they put in. I won’t settle for this position or that answer, It’s important to have a reliable worker for your company – someone who is on time and you can call into work at the drop of a hat. It’s important from an employer’s standpoint to know that an employee will be on time and do the work you hired them to do. Someone who comes in and leaves randomly or works when they feel like it is not punctual and dependable. These two seem fairly straight forward, but there’s more to these qualities than meets the eye. Taking the initiative is more than just doing your work without your boss telling you to. Self-motivation is a key component to being a hard worker. It’s more than just showing up and working.
