Preparing Financial Statement of Monthly Basis. • Responsible for deducting and depositing applicable Tax’s at source. Filing of monthly and annual tax returns. • Filing of returns with securities and exchange commission of Pakistan • Preparing Payment Vouchers, coding & entries in Computer and Filing (QuickBooks). • Feeding of all Data in Accounting Software (QuickBooks). • Maintain Book of accounts in the spread sheet for uploading. • Preparation and Disbursement of Payroll. • Review Bank reconciliation statements periodically. • Preparing Journals for necessary Adjustments • Participate in managerial policies and activities Work on Employee Performance Evaluation Prepare Financial Analysis, projections.
