I’m a Senior QA Engineer with over 9 years of experience delivering high-quality software across a variety of sectors, including fintech, e-commerce, healthcare, and data migration. My core strength lies in manual testing, but I’ve consistently taken ownership of complex integration and functional test scenarios, ensuring robust product quality throughout the entire software development lifecycle.

I’ve worked extensively in Agile/Scrum teams, collaborating closely with developers, product managers, designers, and business stakeholders. I thrive in fast-paced environments where requirements evolve rapidly, and my adaptability has allowed me to become a trusted quality advocate on every team I’ve joined.

My day-to-day responsibilities span across writing detailed test plans, designing and executing test cases, performing exploratory testing, logging and tracking defects, managing regression suites, and ensuring end-to-end test coverage across web, mobile, API, and Salesforce platforms. I have deep experience testing customer onboarding flows, payment processing, CRM workflows, and data validation against back-end systems. At Orderbird, for example, I was a core part of the QA team testing SoftPOS payment integrations, card readers, and Salesforce-driven onboarding journeys — including terminal pairing and merchant activation workflows.

I’m especially proud of my ability to break down complex systems and identify potential points of failure before they affect users. I regularly contribute to requirements refinement sessions, where I advocate for testability, edge-case coverage, and automation-readiness, even when my primary remit is manual testing. I’ve used tools like Postman for API testing, Jira for defect tracking, TestRail for test case management, and Confluence for documentation.

I’ve also had exposure to IAM testing, stemming from my early IT support and platform engineering roles, where I worked on access provisioning, user role configurations, and login flows. This knowledge has proven invaluable when testing applications that include user management, permissions logic, or third-party authentication.

Beyond my technical skills, I bring strong communication and leadership to the table. I’ve led small QA teams and taken initiative to drive UAT efforts, manage test cycles, and report meaningful metrics to stakeholders. I hold a Scrum Master certification and ISTQB training, which ground me in best practices for Agile QA and structured testing. I also completed the Oxford Fintech Programme through Saïd Business School, giving me a strong grasp of how technology shapes financial services.
