Developing a comprehensive ICT plan that addresses risk management, contingency and business
continuity of staff members of CCEB;
Developing and maintaining an effective network and data center consisting of 20+ users with Windows
2013 Server and Microsoft Exchange 2013 Server for CCEB office;
Work collaboratively to ensuring the effective functioning, administration and data backup of the CCEB's
ICT systems;
Identify different systems and applications for optimal content management, knowledge management
and sharing of information;
Manages the purchase, allocation and maintenance of ICT hardware and software supplies;
Establish an efficient, proactive and responsive help desk service which meets the needs of staff
members;
Establish and manage network utility procedures including defining network users and security attributes
establishing directories, menus and drive-mappings, configuring network printers and providing user
access rules and guidelines.;
Manage the central Active Directory Database; define different users’ rights and privileges. Also manage
the roaming profile for the users;
Manage the web security and virus security. Increase awareness among users about viruses and assist
them in taking virus protection measures;
Handle the mailing system in both mail client and web mail access;
Regularly maintain and update project website.

Manage the office administrative staff in accordance with local law and firm-wide policies and practices.

Setting up the Life insurance policy of CEEB staffs which meets the criteria of Deloitte.
Implementing of Emergency Crisis Plan as the Team Leader
Track immigration/visa requirements for project employees and visitors and periodic renewals.
Track and maintain office utilities (electricity, telephone, and internet) accounts to ensure uninterrupted
supply.
Maintain appropriate levels and dispense as and when required to ensure uninterrupted kitchen and
cleaning supplies.
Supervises coordinates and prioritize the daily work schedules of local support staff.
Maintain GFE inventory and ensure that all assets are properly tagged to facilitate maintenance of USAID
Project inventory.
Track maintenance and insurance requirements of the projects vehicles; supervise the maintenance of
vehicle mileage records.
Arrange and manage janitorial support services for office cleaning and security
Take interviews and recruit new support staffs. Assist the COP with various tasks when needed.
