I have been working in US healthcare Industry for past 7 years as BENEFITS ADMINISTRATION SERVICES ASSOCIATE III. Here I am handling multiple clients and dealing with life Insurance of employees (Medical, Dental, Vision...). also handling vendor files, payroll, billing ,reports and some daily processes. We send vendor file on weekly and monthly basis. As part of my job I am supposed to QA the files which are being sent as per the business guidelines. We use a document called BRD to QA the files. The errors need to be fixed before we send the files to vendor. Most of the issues can be fixed by editing the files. If we find some major issues we need to escalate it to data team and get it fixed. Also I am data entry professional
