I solve problems.
My CEO usually orders me the following tasks:
- Where should I open my nursing home business in California?
- Which franchise should I buy for a home health care service?
- The current testing process for our chatbot is slow and manual, how do I optimize it?
- Which items should I sell for my DIY store?
- I want to make a documentary for Netflix, which topic should I do?
- My YouTube team was struggling with revenue, how do I improve it?
...
Through market research, analysis, a bit of common sense and logic, some interpersonal skills here and there, I provide data-based recommendations for said problems.
- San Mateo. The place has a very healthy ratio between its park, senior communities, and senior population. I've never set foot in the US but it turned out I was right: people subjectively believed San Mateo to be among the most popular choices for seniors in CA.
- Texas Trio - Dallas, Houston, and San Antonio, and Atlanta. Florida may be the top of mind but they look crowded. Atlanta is already becoming the next stop. Data from a recent real estate intelligence firm also pointed out the Texas Trio.
- Before, testers would manually queried, copied, pasted, read and corrected the information. Now, they only need to read the labels and corrected the information. The whole process was expected to last for 6+ month. Now it's just 1 month just by utilizing SUBSTITUTE and AI Assist for Gemini.
- Keepsakes, Ornaments, Photo Presets. These are the top products with least listings per year (least effort) but remain among the top earnings (most reward).
- Food. Food sells. Asian food sells a lot. The bare necessity.
- After 6 months, my strategy of split posting got the channel a 3 times increase in renueve.

I also do administrative tasks.
