I have been in the BPO industry( Call Center ) for Six years and three months and have been supporting US,UK and CA accounts. To break it down, I started working as a Costumer service representative with Greendot and Walmart Moneycard for six months, then i moved over to be a Collections Specialist with Salliemae Bank for 1 year and afterwards, i have been a Tech/Csr support with Intuit Quickbooks for 3 years. After my career with Quickbooks, i started doing some Project-Based tasks such as a Marketing Specialist with Realpage corp for six months, Chart Retrieval Officer with Altegra Inc. for 3 months and finally, I have been an admin support with Realestatelawyers.ca for a year. All of the companies that I have worked with requires a unique and unparalleled customer service skills which I have been able to practice for quite some time now and I am more than willing to showcase and hone my skills to any company/ies out there who thinks that my skills are of right match to what they would need.
