My journey began at CELTEL Madagascar, where I supported finance and HR teams during my undergraduate years—an immersion that sparked both my professional ambition and academic path. After earning a Master’s degree in Management and Business Administration, I spent seven years at Société Générale Madagasikara, where I led client portfolios for NGOs, designed strategic development tools for SMEs, and pioneered the launch of a support platform networked across Africa. These roles sharpened my ability to lead teams, negotiate with stakeholders, and deliver data-informed solutions tailored to local and institutional needs.

Today, I serve as Senior Officer for Grant Management and Partnerships at the Indian Ocean Cluster of the Red Cross Federation, coordinating over €100 million in grants and leading fundraising across 13 African nations. My role involves donor engagement, compliance, programmatic partnership development, and regional strategic planning. I am also a published researcher, contributing to national and international journals with articles on artisanal gold mining and its economic interlinkages.

Backed by a PhD in Integrated Natural Resource Management, I combine academic precision with operational effectiveness. My skills include bilingual technical writing (French/English), legal and advocacy correspondence, stakeholder diplomacy, and results-driven project design.
