SUMMARY
I am Vladimir Nerandžić, and for more than 10 years I’ve been actively involved with new media and
digital production. For a long time I worked as a Creative Lead, but where I feel most comfortable is
leading the development of comprehensive products/projects that rely on the use of digital media.
I am very proud that several projects I worked on are featured in digital solution showcases, and I have
received several awards for such projects. Before starting my own agency, I gained experience by
working for leading Serbian companies and large international organizations.
I have founded HALO Creative Agency in 2005 and this help me to turn my passion into solutions for
different clients.
Starting an agency opened many new doors around the world for me, and enabled me to establish
cooperation with numerous clients from Serbia, UK, UAE, USA and other countries. Among many other
projects, I developed solutions for The Economist magazine, Greenpeace, Nokia, Mazda, Jacobs, Fox
Corporation...
Through years of experience with creating digital projects I gained deep understanding of all stages in
online solutions development, from creating concept and leading product development in all stages, to
information management, to financial and management issues.
Almost 10 years of as an active athlete made me a team player and a successful leader for projects
during which I show my excellent communications skills and comprehensive overview that leads to the
successful completion.

HALO has became a symbol of fresh ideas and concepts, I have achieved that we create our
custom web solutions, which many respectable companies used. I have personally lead every
project from creating specifications, wireframes, design and monitored full development process.
In 2009 HALO has became dominant agency in the region. In 2013 HALO has acquired by one
Investment fund.
