Cloud Operations Engineer / Delivery Lead
Responsible for resolution of deep technical problems on customer environments, performing
changes and upgrading applications inside the environment. As delivery lead, I was also
responsible to analyze infrastructure to prevent issues. I am working closely with project
managers to propose, implement, test and release solutions which will optimize and improve
customer environment and needs. Also, I am creating automation flows to automate
processes and tasks. Onboarding new customers, clearing expectations, processes,
performing tests to make smooth transition from project and implementation to ongoing
support team. Main technologies that I work with are: HP Cloud Service Automation and
Market Place Portal, HP Operations Orchestrator application and flows, HP Server
Automation, various reporting tools depending on customer needs, IPAM, DB user on
MSSQL and Oracle DB. Environments were mostly hosted on VMware and Microsoft
