As a customer service representative with no experience, I have had the opportunity to learn and develop my skills in handling customer inquiries and complaints. I have been able to effectively communicate with customers, understand their needs, and provide solutions to their problems. I have also gained experience in using various customer service software and tools, such as CRM systems and live chat platforms. My goal has always been to provide exceptional service and ensure customer satisfaction. I have continuously try my best to study courses which has motivated me to improve my performance and grow in my role.
