I am a Real state freelancer agent . On this kind of work i should have more patience in dealing with different people with different culture and aspect in life,budget as well.I should have a flexible time for my work because on this kind of field no work no gain. its on me to fine a gain if I work hard for it.On real estate my capital is communication.I contact person who is selling his properties and at the same time contact a buyer or investor whom i see interested and need to have property depends on his budget and need.I am free to ask if it is a residential, commercial,Industrial or Agricultural ,Farm, beach or resort so it depends on what the buyer want.I also ask where he wants to buy a property.Set a date for tripping showing the site of the property.If the buyer is already interested to buy the property then I will set a date to meet the buyer and the owner for transaction .if both parties are already interested next is to verify the documents of the property ,well if the documents has no problem then lastly we have to proceed to close deal transaction. As real estate freelancer agent my rate is base on commision.Im happy on this kind of work.
