Travel Planning – Zanzibar Vacation
As a Virtual Assistant, I helped plan a seamless romantic vacation for a client and his partner
to Zanzibar. My responsibilities included:
● Researching flight options based on their budget and preferred travel dates
● Recommending top-rated beachfront resorts with couple-friendly amenities
● Creating a 5-day itinerary that included island tours, snorkeling, and spa sessions
● Coordinating airport pickup and hotel transfers with local vendors
● Confirming all bookings and providing a printable travel summary
